Printable camper forms and registration can be found below. You may visit the Camper Forms page to print out and complete the three required forms. Please send forms and payments to the address below, as soon as possible in order to ensure your child a space at camp. Because we are run by a non-profit, our tuition is about half of other comparable summer camps, and we fill up quickly. All checks can be made payable to Camp Cavaignac.
